I kind of feel for the Saints...but not too much.

They were clearly the best team in their division down the stretch but it was too late.
With playoffs on the line for all 3 teams involved, they whipped both rivals

• Won at Tampa Bay 23-13...but led the whole way
• Slaughtered Atlanta 48-17

But 9-7 and eliminated on tie-breakers....ouch
All games are important and they stubbed their toe several times early

Not complete sarcasm. Kicking is mental too. I never had the feeling he'd miss a kick all season. After his first "miss" was blocked, I had a feeling he'd miss the next one. And he did. Hopefully he rebounds from this because an elite kicker is crucial in the playoffs.
