I think Romo is rushing his throws, he probably figured out the line isnt' going to give him any time.

Hall was beat. Romo just didn't make the throw. Hall did what he should....catch a ball thrown right to him. He did nothing special.

No compliment needed. No pining over the Cowboys not signing. Cambell doesn't screw up that bad. I doubt Romo does either once he gets a couple games under his belt.
