My guess is maybe on the play where Taylor hit him. I don't remember seeing anything go his way after that play.

No, I saw him blocking after that on Julius' run along the sideline. TO was blocking, and JJ and the defenders collided near him, but TO was back peddling away from the action after his man disengaged from him. But the collision happened in front of him on the sideline. That's the last I saw of him.
