Why was Rich Bisaccia ever hired? His special teams in San Diego were some of the worst in the league. I believe their punter led the league in punts blocked one of his years there.

Never rush the punter when it is under 5 for a first..... Never field a punt inside the ten unless defenders are there to down it. Stupid plays cost us forty yards in field position
