Why are we throwing fades and flys against off coverage? Dez would be feasting on slants right now (if he could catch them).

This offense just completely ignores the middle of the field.

The reaching back caused the twist...because it was behind. It's simple physics.

The twist meant he no longer had to reach back, and the ball hit him in the stomach. You have it the wrong way round, the catch is made AFTER the twist, if he reached back TO twist that doesn't mean he reached back TO catch.

I have defended Dez but I can't. He hasn't looked good at all this game. Route running is better but I want his hands back. Forget route running if he can just catch it

Dez stopped on that play. Not the best throw but the WR quit for sure on that play. It was so obvious.
