A competant OC and QB would crush your team for run blitzing on 2nd down. A slow thinking QB like Dak who cannot see this goes with the idiotic run play called and gets stuffed. We need a better QB and OC BADLY!!!!!

Percentage of punt returns which have a penalty?

I wonder if refs are told by the league to be overly strict on calls to deter teams from punt and kick returns in order to make the league safer
