All we've heard from many posters/fans are wanting to lose for draft position. Yet many are complaining about the way we're playing. Go figure..........lol

Start all over? If we had a top 5 maybe, but who are we gonna get at 15? Fire this horrid staff! Dak showed he can plan, get him a QB guru and a OC with ideas from this century.

Dak looks horrible, but what options do we have? Sign Cousins for 27m a year and mortgage the future or hire a new offensive staff that can adjust to his skillset?

You keep Dak and you get a coaching staff that knows how to coach offense and knows how to work with a young QB.

You get a strength and conditioning staff that can keep players in good shape throughout the season and can prevent hamstring and lower back injuries.

You get a coaching staff that doesn't utilize ill-advised route designs and won't do things like have your Z-receiver as an H-Back and not re-sign Terrance Williams to begin with.

You get a QB coach that understands what mechanics to work on that fit the QB's ability instead of using a 1-size-fits-all approach.

You get a coaching staff that can bring more offensive plays with different personnel groupings and formations to the game to keep the opposing defense off balance.

When an opposing coach says 'they're easy to scout and tough to beat' it's not really praise of the coaching staff.
