In order to pay the offence and defence we have ignored special teams.. which is an ok strategy when you consider that most teams are going to take the 25 each time.. or that we shouldn't need to punt a lot because we should drive enough to score etc..

However special teams is actually hurting us.. we are losing on special teams almost every week and for key plays and yardage.

This team is sad. Dak is hurt clearly, but is this the crew you want to hitch yourself to? They lost so much draft capital, they have a line that’s paid way more than average and won’t be in the league when this thing turns around, and the coach is on death’s door.

Accept the pulling of the bandaid. Don’t resign the big names. Allow this thing to fail. Know the next 3-5 years will be miserable and go forward.

Of course, you can’t do this because Jerry doesn’t have 5 years left on this Earth to see it through.
