As far as the official rules, is ball movement still ok as long as the player still appears to have control?

I could have seen it going either way it did appear the ball began to move before the knee was down even if he had not completely lost control.

Good call...he was already losing control of the ball before the knee hit. He lost initial control of the ball upon contact...it wasn't moving but he didn't control it either

The lower camera angle showed his right knee down. It was absolutely clear.

The refs were awful all day, even in the earlier games. Embarrassing.
