And the eagles are playing with all backups..what's your point?..not having 2 players shouldn't make your 1st team defense play like ****.

It doesn't matter who you're playing against, Cowboys wanted to get the offense some practice and rhythm back. Did that in the first half even if it was against lesser talent. Defense looked uninspiring and disappointing. Would have thought they would play better too, but doesn't change my opinion on them being an improved unit.
