We are not well coached. We have no sense of direction. We generally run out some pretty talented teams but in this league, talent isn't what wins games solely. You need coachiing. We don't have it.

It boils down to a culture issue that has been a problem for the last 25 years !! Jerry Jones thinks he knows everything He's got to have his finger on the pulse of the team and he will hire a coach that will answer yes to him every time !! That's why we will never have a good coach with the exception of the Bill parcell's era And even then Jerry had to stick his nose in there
