At the end of the game when the only option was to throw the ball deep.

But this came as a result of film study and Dawkins being a smart safety and knowing when to play the ball deep within the game.

im just tryin to illustrate that i dont like that rule. I mean in the heat of the moment how is someone supposed to specifically avoid the head on a play like that. wasnt a hard hit or a cheap shot. That said...i do hate the eagles and i want them to die.
