I have never seen a single player drag a team down like this - I get Lee is a fantastic player, but he's simply being replaced with a guy who can't read an offense, hesitates to shoot gaps and when he does he goes the wrong direction from where the play is going.

This could go down on the level of a Bobby Carpenter pick. It's looking that bad.
