Garrett is not a good coach. I am not speaking from a hyperbolic standpoint. I realized that when Tony Romo went down a few years back. Again, the guy relies on his players making plays for him instead of him setting them up for success. In other words, it's the players and not strategy and scheme that define success for his team. Without superstar players in key positions, he is completely exposed.
