If these was supposed to be the game that convinced the front office to let Dak walk and keep Dalton for cheaper, then Dalton isn't doing a very good job of showing that he can consistently be good enough to consistently play well enough to make the Cowboys competitive win it truly counts.

No excuse for that pass by Dalton to Cooper. He had him in single man coverage. It was pretty good coverage, where a play could have been made by the DB if thrown tight, but it was an awful throw.

This has what Dalton has done his entire career. He can look good in a string of a few games, but then he seems to revert back to what we are seeing today. He especially does this in meaningful games.
