They are throwing the ball fast underneath, there’s no time to rush the passer. On 3rd and long Parsons was rushing, but as long as they are getting the ball out fast dinking and dunking we would be wasting Micah rushing him just for the ball to be out in 1.5 seconds.

Physically impossible to rush the passer when the ball is out that fast.
