It only seems that way due to ball placement and timing.

that was part of it, bit it continued into the playoffs and into the 2008 season.. they figured Garrett's passing game out..

In fact, it was definitely an issue because they couldn't even get the passing record for Romo in the final game against the woeful Commanders.. and Romo needed less than 100 yards..
