I'm not so sure anymore, because of the Commanders game... Sproles got nailed and didn't call a fair catch and the refs ruled PF, because it was a defenseless catch..

You have to let him catch the ball and you got to 'hold up' in the tackle based on my understanding when they called it in that Eagles-Commanders game..
