Other than the amazing play drawn up by Linehan, Dak has done squat. I don't want to say he's finally coming back down to earth, but I'm worried

DC's are recognizing that you can't let him play without pressure. Mechanics and footwork play a bigger role in those conditions too.

I worry Dak won't be far enough along to carry us in the playoffs, just like Big Ben didn't his rookie year. That's not a knock on Dak but a reality of being a rookie.

I will say the whole team plays calmer under Dak. I'm a huge Romo fan and I'd like to see him win the super bowl as a Cowboy. But even I'm less nervous watching the Cowboys with Dak in.

Dallas wasted the best defensive effort they have had under Rod Marinelli with no passing game.

Going to have to grind this out somehow. I don't think the defense can play this well for 4 quarters. Manning is going to hit a big one here sooner or later.

Hopefully Dez can get free for a big one on this opening drive to get things going. This looks like the offense with matt cassell running it.

Every offensive possession is crucial, especially in the type of conditions that exist...as evidenced by the not-long-enough FG by Bailey. Romo and Linehan might want to have a chat with Prescott at the half. Johnson harped on it constantly: "Don't take negative plays...run or throw it away. The coverage sacks are unacceptable.
