I count this game as a practice against live fire and Dak is doing exactly what you could want, at this point.
The first quarter Dak was off on his throws and behind his receivers, particularly Cobb. The TD to Jarwin, even though he was wide open over the middle, which was a result of the play action where the LB bit majorly, Dak threw it behind Jarwin.
But Moore got looks for his WRs all day and Dak got in really good tempo.
It’s still too early to tell, because the Giants were selling at heavily on the run.
But Dallas looked solid in every respect. People talking about the defense giving up plays, that’s basically soft zone in big leads, keeping everything underneath to burn time and tighten up if they get close.
