I got to go to bed I got no sleep last night I'll give you guys a piece of advice my knee is been killing me because I have a bone spur on my heel and I bought the Walmart brand Icy Hot don't use it that stuff's like 15 times stronger then regular Icy Hot I had to take my shoe off while I was working today cuz my foot was burning up and my leg felt like it was on fire all night LOL
