The rule is, and it’s a dumb rule, that when falling backwards your toes in aren’t enough. You need the heel as well. Terrible rule since you can do just toes moving forward.

I think if nothing actually touches out of bounds, like with a toe drag, lt’s good, but because the toe wasn’t the only thing to be first in and then out, the heel cannot land out without ever being in. If the heel stayed in the air without landing out until after the catch, it’s no catch.
