I agree to a certain degree, but I'm sure down the road the Cowboys are going to win some games they shouldn't win. The Cowboys dominated and I think the turnovers set up a bad funk for the "O" which they never got out of.JDSmith said:The win means almost nothing to me to be perfectly honest. When you allow a clearly inferior team to hang around, have them take you to overtime as a result, lose one of your WRs to injury in an overtime period you shouldn't have been playing, and show no guts on either side of the ball with the game on the line... I am looking at the big picture. And the big picture is that we're not going to win anything of merit this year unless there are some HUGE changes in our overall philosophy. Winning 9 or 10 games isn't going to cut it IMO. And that's what we're looking at - 9 or 10 wins and some really heartbreaking losses because our coaches are pussies and don't have the guts to go for the jugular with the game on the line.

JDSmith said:I would agree except that we repeatedly moved right down the field after the turnovers and then we'd go into a shell in the redzone. I have to go back and watch but I can't even remember us throwing a single pass into the endzone on our last two FGs. I don't think the offense was in a funk, I think the coaches were scared to death that the players would make a mistake. If you don't have faith in your players, you'd better get different guys. Because playing like you're afraid to score TDs is not going to win many games.
