Thank God Michael Irvin is working this broadcast. Preseason games have some value to coaches but as a fan it's just mostly watching bad football.

Jacksonville is playing backups also and a rookie qb.

The point is it doesn't matter. And they had some starters out there. And it may be a rookie QB but it is the 1st overall pick who is projected to be the greatest QB in a long time.

Every time one of these backups (Rush or Gilbert) are primed and in the driver seat for QB2, this is how they deliver.

Not a fan of how the 2nd and 3rd string guys look. We know they aren't going to be talented not all of them but what it does exposes is the coaching staff. They don't have my faith. This is another dumb coaching staff.

The bright side is that there will be ZERO anxiety over the coming cuts. Easiest roster to trim in the NFL.

Play a backup or two here and there to supplement the starters, chances are the ship still floats. Play a bunch of guys that won't be on the roster next to the backups that won't be playing much and thus happens.

In short: step off of the ledge, this is an evaluation game for us. This was expected.
