I just re-watched it. They were not two penalties. Romo clearly speculate that it was either RTP or holding on the right tackle… He seem to be leaning toward holding on the right tackle. at no time was a second penalty mentioned..

Then why did the ref say "There were two fouls on the play, both by the defense" He then proceeds to explain that we declined one and accepted the other putting us halfway to the goalline at the 1 yard line?

If there was 1 flag we wouldn't have gotten to the 1 yard line.

There were two RTP calls on that drive you appear to be talking about the one that called for going low. He are talking about the second one.

Obviously that’s the one I’m talking about because that’s the one that appears to be a missed call and is the difference between a field goal and eight points.
