Dak is having a better game, but he's STILL throwing off his back foot almost every play. How, after 3 years at the highest level of football, is he still doing this?

8 yards is an incredible exaggeration. Looney was maybe 1 yard downfield as the ball is on its way, Martin and Williams are right on the LOD. Guys that minimally downfield won’t get called. Calling it 8 yards is an embarrassing loss of credibility.

well...they are allowed 3 yards from LOS, so this should be a non issue if you are correct.
