Because the hole that was supposed to be there wasn't because the blockers got no movement at all and made a nice pretty wall.

Deion also never had any contact on D. Deion had his clavicle broken on a PR in the playoffs

If you're referring to the Carolina playoff game in '96, Deion was knocked out of the game with a concussion and I think that came on a reverse. If I recall correctly, Kevin Greene headbutted him. (The broken clavicle was Irvin in the first quarter. Troy was chewing up the Panther's blitzes until that play.)
