The offense hasn't exactly been firing on all cylinders these last 3 games, needs to get fixed fast

The Lions had a better record than the Cowboys coming into this game. It's like some folks saw "Lions" and just assumed they were 3-12.

It's the NFL - just win, baby.
Right. There were many moments, especially for us where we could have made this an "easy" win. Lamb fumbling through the end zone, Pollard not catching the pass over the middle when he had open field ahead of him. But Detroit had opportunities it missed, too.

It was two teams with 10-plus wins playing and just like last week, it came down to the end.

Replays show 68 reporting! Refs
It shows him going over there.. Are you saying the ref lied about him not reporting? Three guys went over to him.. he announced that one of them had reported. Did he forget the other two?

I don't know what was worse MM's clock management or the defense at the end there. They drove damn near to the red zone in 3 plays

I think Aikman's right. Decker tried to be sneaky and ref didn't hear him.

1. Hendershot keeps making critical errors. After all the missed time due to injury, he’s a liability.
2. Great job most of the game by the defense, limiting the run somewhat, but Dan Quinn needs to answer for the philosophy and scheme on that last drive. No excuse for it. You were up seven; keep someone or even 2 deep, but play tighter coverage. If they did score, better it be fast than how he did it.

Bottom line….this was playoff football. Two good teams. It’s not always pretty. Close game. Offense tends to make it happen at crunch time. It was nice to see the defense make it happen at crunch time prior to and after Quinn’s inexplicable prevent.

Think about this…for all the hand wringing about the back to back road losses, one that we had won till the final play, the story should be that we played 5 good playoff teams in a row, 3 division winners, and we ended up 3-2. We were in every game except the Bills game. We deserve to be in the playoffs, and this 5 game stretch hopefully prepared us for playoff football.

OMG. I am sooooo hyped. I don't care that we played like crap at times. We may have needed a scratch and claw win and we got it. I can't stand the Lions so I'm stoked that we have beaten them 6 straight! 8-0 at home. 15 straight wins at beautiful AT&T. CeeDee Lamb with 200+ yards and the all-time receiver in catches and yards. No running game hurt us tonight and the defense was a sieve, but they came through when we needed them the most. Shout out to Dono and JLew. Boy were those clutch interceptions. 20-19 just like late in last week's game, but this time we held on. Happy New Year ******! Those who want to complain? I don't want to hear it. Detroit was 11-4 coming in. Did we beat a good team tonight? We're 11-5 now and the one seed is still possible. It's possible.

Jimmy Johnson's speech was beautiful. Seeing Jerry tear up really made me emotional. I know y'all hate Jerry but bless his heart. I'm so glad that Jimmy Johnson has come home and all the greats were there to share in it. What a wonderful night.

They're showing it right now on post-game show. Decker walked over to ref and reported. Why would he even bother walking over there?

Oh.. and #11 always complaining and crying about the holds, yet makes the dumb penalty when we won the game with a TO.
Formation was illegal.

It didn't appear he went over the line, but I expected the call when it was made.
