I think Dez made more of a football move than that.

Dez went up after the ball and begin going to the ground as he was coming down which forced him to have to complete the process. Beasley's feet were firmly planted on the ground when he caught the ball and made a move toward the goal line with total control of the football. Dez never gained total control of the football until it was down toward his shoulders and by that time he was going to the ground and had to complete the process and hang onto the ball through the contact of the ground.
