I think there is a lot of blame to go around. Dallas just doesn't have the players to run timed read routes downfield yet Moore keeps calling them. You can point the finger at anyone involved and be right.

The easiest fix though is to change the offense to keep things simpler, like what was done with Cooper Rush.
