I can't believe they didn't call holding on that pick. People saying it Dak fault. You don know if Cooks isn't held he catches that. Dak is throwing to a spot like all QB do. Holding the WR threw the timing off because in the NFL you aren't supposed to be able to hold after 5 yards.
