How much money is invested in the offense as opposed to the defense?

Off the top I don't know but I know there's a rack of 1st rounders on that side of the football. 4 of our linemen get paid big money. Zeke is the highest paid back in the league or one of them. Amare is getting 14 million a year......there's a lot of resources over there. That's not to excuse the defense but if you aren't drafting playmakers or ball hawks I don't know how the defense will get better than what it is.
