Strange how one player can make or break this team. Last week it was Gallup, this week it is Tyron. Whereas the good teams, account for the missing player and game plan around it. Last week we got an example from the Saints and this week from the Packers. JJ is too egoistic to see that he is the issue in not getting a capable coach on this team.
