The problem is if they pull this against the Lions or 49ers, they are done.

Why is this team never at it's best when it matters most? It's amazing how often they no-show in big moments. That's leadership. Whether it's Jerry's culture, McCarthy's ineptitude, or Dak, this is who this team continues to be.

One of the things I liked from Josh McDaniels this year in Oakland was how he ran wildcat out of 6-wide and motioned the ball carrier in based on what the defense showed.
