They are obviously playing the pass and not the run.

1st and 10 - Romo hand off Barber up the middle bulls his way for 10 yards.

The line has not stopped blocking. Romo has lots of time. these recievers have to start getting open. and Romo has to stop running into sacks. and making dumb plays.
