Weeden is a reflection on the coaching staff and front office.
No good coach would allow a team with Super Bowl level talent go into the season with Weeden as Romos backup.

Then to refuse to pull him when he is this ineffective is just disgraceful.

He is the problem and the people who say he isn't are frankly not very football savvy.

I get he's a backup, but his abilities aren't even worthy of the practice squad.

Put Cassel in. IF he does better then great. If he does then appreciate they went out and got Cassel. If he doesn't then find another QB or suffer like the rest of us.
