Why the caps.
It was 4th down

2nd and 10, deep pass incomplete
So now its 3rd down
Deep pass to Lamb complete but short of sticks
4th down

because there was a penalty on the 2nd down play that cost us 15 yards, and no ref ever said it was dead ball, and it was dead ball then the holding and the 15 yarder are both enforced
