Not really running it better. Pollard's speed and quicker feet are a better matchup vs NE's run blitzes.

Pollard is a much better speedster and probably screen type Back. However, Elliott gets more chances because he is expected to run, not catch. When Pollard comes in, The D immediately sets a screen, HB PA cover.

Even though Cowboys are behind I'm feeling better about this game. They seem to be protecting Dak just a little better and the defense has stepped up big time since allowing those tds.

Throw in Major League Baseball being stubborn with the not applying technology to the strike zone.

At least with the nfl it isn't clear cut since the ball can cross the line but it doesn't tell you if a knee or elbow was down (still, it would help calls 99% of the time). In baseball they show you the tech on tv broadcasts so you know exactly when the umpires are wrong. It's strange.

The offense has looked flat out unstoppable between the 20 yard lines. Once we get into the red zone we completely meltdown. It has been a trend dating all the way back to like 2019. We need to find a way to get some easy scores in those situations. For as great an OC that Kellen is, I would like to see him scheme up some better looks in goal-to-go situations.
