Are you serious? The refs are handing all of the momentum to the Raiders, and I seldom blame the refs. The defense is playing well enough to get off the field and phantom penalties are extending drives. It's pretty similar when the offense is on the field. I get what you're saying, accountability and stuff, but this game is being horribly officiated.
