WHY NO DELAY O GAME? THE CLOCK WAS AT 0!!!!

The refs are intentionally not strict with delay of game penalties. How they’ve explained it is they’ll keep their eye on the clock, then once it hits 0, they’ll turn to see if the QB has snapped the ball yet. So you do have that split second window to get it off
