Testaverde's argument with the refs was that Ted Washington bumped into Al Johnson--as Washington was trying to get across the LOS before the snap. I wasn't focusing on the center and the DCBN didn't show a replay of the penalty, so I'm not sure if it was a good call by the ref.

Offense looked better, but so far 6 quarters no touchdowns.

PASSING
CP/AT YDS TD INT
V. Testaverde 13/17 124 0 0

RUSHING
ATT YDS TD LG
E. George 6 28 0 23
R. Anderson 2 15 0 8
J. Jones 4 4 0 4
J. Martin 1 4 0 4
D. Barnes 1 2 0 2
V. Testaverde 1 1 0 1

RECEIVING
REC YDS TD LG
A. Bryant 5 51 0 21
K. Johnson 4 41 0 12
T. Glenn 2 26 0 18
J. Witten 2 6 0 3

Sounds nice that our offense is at least moving the ball, but what's with the defense? We get a fg to take the lead and immediately give up a TD drive?
The offense may look better, but that's 6 quarters of PRESEASON football and still no TD???

I'm not pushing the panic button, but 6 quarters without a TD will be laughed at around the league, especially in preseason of all things....I'm concerned.

Thanks for the play by play tothewhipbill!!
no prob - picked up game on cowboy radio network. otherwise feared i'd have to depend on the thread for all info. glad if it helps anybody.

I have to say that I am impressed with Vinny's passing so far, he seems to be in a decent rythm, way, way ,way to many penalties though.

Can't wait to see what Drew can do.

He is consistent, but I want a damn touchdown! I guess he almost had one picked in the endzone.

Can't see the game from here, who is getting beat in the secondary on the long plays?

Vinny, the WR's, the left side of the Oline and Ritchie Anderson impressed me.

Al Johnson is getting a lesson today, but he needs that.
