wrong.. 2014, Jerry effectively banished him from play calling. Jason Garrett lost play calling duties, which was the reason he supposedly got the job in the first place. All Jerry did was keep him as a figurehead and gave the Coordinator control. He had 6 years as a play caller and Jones didn’t even allow Phillips to get him help, but Jones made Wade fire Brian Stewart. That’s a fact despite Wade being right there.

He’s only with the Giants because of family ties to the organization and the Saban connection.
