Terrible timeout. They burned a timeout to preserve 7 seconds while banking on stopping them here.

Conversely, save all the three, so if they do get a first down you can still stop the clock on all 3 plays and the game isn’t over because you felt the need to preserve 7 seconds.

Cooper played well. The reason we are losing is because We couldn't run the ball or stop the run.

This isn’t even complicated. If they play average run defense this game, they are winning. Goff hasn’t been spectacular today. He’s been average at best outside of a couple of throws.
