Lets get ready to rumble. Chiefs dominating Colts has nothing to do with us. Most of you know how hard it is to win on the road against a team that just had the week off. It's tough but this game is winnable IMO.

Question for anyone who's worked in sports journalism before: How much "freedom" do sportswriters who work for a team have to pick against that team?

On DallasCowboys.com, every single staff writer and editor picked Dallas to beat the Rams (of course.) Sure, maybe they really are that optimistic, but the cynic in me says that they would have put their jobs in jeopardy by picking the Rams to win. Are they "allowed" to pick against their employer team?

They pick against us all the time.
