They had 1 time out. And they used it after the 3rd down play.

After the 2nd down play the clock was stopped for the 2 minute warning not a time out

I would have went for it. Ravens offense isn't great and if we didn't make it they gave to go 97 yards and can't afford to pass out the endzone..........with our OL and RB you get that inch for the first down game over
