Why all the Brees hate? Just curious. Aside rom him being in every other commercial on football Sunday's, he seems like a pretty stand up dude and doesn't annoy me at all.

Sure, keep telling yourself that... We've just had plenty of games where Garrett when his backs were running well, not just abandoning the run, but play-action being non-existent. We've been among the lowest in the league in play-action with Garrett consistently calling the plays only because he sucks.

We already run more play-action in our first drive than we did with Garrett in a whole game, even before establishing the run consistently.

We're not turning this thread into a bash one.

I think that the play caller has jack and squat to do with any improvement on offense. Linehan was the same pass happy OC in Detroit. He's got a really nice OL here that Garrett didn't have when he called the plays.

False... While he was pass-happy, he ran the ball and he used plenty of play-action. It's clear like night and day the play-calling is different.

Garrett has never used play-action even when running well and the OL was doing it's job.

Running well always in small sample sizes. That's what people don't get. We could have enver had a game like the Titans game in years past.

And if you can't run the ball...calling play action is like putting on clown shoes.
