I feels you, at times. He can tackle etc. so he looks like an all pro on last element. If we didnt have Hayden too look forward to being pushed 6 yards back every play, etc. Hayden is still starting on this team. Gimma a break.

Weeden is an organizational failure, we know he can't play, we knew that last year, so why is he still on the team? To not make a good backup a priority in the offseason is inexcusable. This scenario (Romo being out 4-8 games) was very possible, to not sign someone like Fitzpatrick or Austin Davis, or even try to trade for a veteran backup is just bad management. Weeden cannot play, he should not still be employed.

Yep. Weeden sucks, but I can hardly blame him for this. The front office completely dropped the ball on this one.
