Coaching staff and front office knew Weeden was horrific since last year. So WHY is he our backup? Maybe they don't know that he is horrific.... maybe they don't know jack squat and that is why our team has been overall bad the past 20 years. This team can't have a real coach because Jerry would never put up with that.. his ego is too big to let a coach run our team the way he wants to. Instead he has to have puppets.
