Somehow, we are still near the top of our division.

With this team we need to be at the bottom of the division. What are we gaining being at the top? We would just get our tails handed to us if we ever make the playoffs.

don't say that.

that's the one thing these garrett fans have left. that the team plays "hard" for him.

They "play hard" for him because he doesn't demand much out of him. So they're going to say things in support of him. Truth is, he was never cut out for this job. I hate to say it, but I told them so.

In the past ten years, Jerry has had two highly renowned coaches through here: Bill Parcells and Monte Kiffin. And he's made them both look very average.

I would say a big problem is the talent. You can't get awesomeness from a team chalked full of street free agents.

That's something people always seem to ignore with Parcells. He didn't have anything to work with, most importantly he didn't have a QB. Find me a coach who can win with Testeverde at that age or QC the year prior. Far and few in between would be the conclusion.

If Parcells had Romo-esque play for the majority of his time in Dallas I think people would fell a hell of a lot different about his time in Dallas.

Not that it would have matters but that call on Carter wasn't a horse collar. He never got his hands in thae back of the shoulder pads.

Your right on both of your points. It wasn't a horse collar and it really doesn't matter that it was called so.
