That doesn't matter. I've seen QBs throw balls at the feet of RB on blown up screens all the time.

If there's a receiver in the area, you don't have to do anything but get it close.

If you actually had to get it back to the LOS, there'd be intentional grounding calls left and right because QBs do deliberately throw the ball at the ground if a screen is blown up.
